We are an e-organization with a network structure allowing us to operate all over the world with a deep knowledge of the various cultural, technological, economical, juridical and social contexts.
We operate on a global level, paying much attention and with the highest respect for the local contexts, quickly, with a high level of inter-connexion and immateriality, utilizing a great deal of computerized technologies and used to move in the multiplicity and complexity characterizing our life and work environments.
Under the structural profile, we are a virtual knowledge network which has developed with an innovative organizational philosophy: firms are abstractions and networks aim at the creation of values.
Our international network is composed of firms, professional offices and single professionals, university lecturers and business school teachers, non profit institutions and associations, research centres, both public and private.
We hand over to others whatever is not our core business: the property and management of all not-core assets which are entrusted to qualified suppliers and partners, of possibly small or medium organizational sizes, or else, if they are of important dimensions, they are structured with clear and efficient responsibility criteria.
We take great care of the intangibles representing our core assets internationalising them: cleverness, experience, imagination, styles of notion and systemically based relational models, professional competence.
Networking is our key word: we manage our activities by means of teams designed around projects and in partnership with the client, by investing a lot in the knowledge sharing and development and in communication.
Our organizational model is characterized by very high communication rates: our project groups operate in quite a highly integrated way and are always “in touch” through the latest computerized technologies and a vast networking culture.
Our light organizational model allows us to meet, with great flexibility, our clients’ requirements: we are not bound by time schedules and fixed working places, we are operational 365 days per year with a top capacity to reach transversal targets integrating therein competences of multiple specialisations in work groups designed around projects.
Last but not least, we are an organization where – as written by Peter Drucker – the knowledge is primarily at the bottom, in the minds of the specialists who do different work and direct themselves. With the coordination of the central hub, the central network articulation, where the consultants working on different projects find, as reference and coordination point, a head person who is a working specialist rather than a full-time manager.
